Ukrainian civil law. Contract law

This book is a continuation of the academic course on Ukrainian civil law. It contains information about contract law - past and present - with an emphasis on the real life of the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the problems of their application and ways of further development. 
It does not claim absolute novelty and truth. 
It does not cover all issues of contract law.
The task of this book is to be a source of new or newly discovered knowledge, to affirm the obligation to keep one's word and thereby contribute to the aristocracy of civil relations; to stimulate the process of improving the legislation, the practice of its application, and ultimately, to be useful and necessary.
